Våra tjänster
Keyholding
Vi tar hand om era nycklar för 60€/år.
Vi hjälper även till med tillsyn av bostad månadsvis eller enligt överrenskommelse fr. 180€/år.
Under tillsyn av bostad ingår vädring, spolning av avlopp, se efter ev. skadedjur eller annan åverkan samt kontrollerar
gård och terrass.
Vi rapporterar till er vid varje besök.
Vid uthyrning
Om ni har erat objekt för uthyrning hjälper vi till med in- och utcheckning samt städ och tvätt mellan kunderna.
Städning
Vi har tre storlekar på städpaket som vi skräddarsyr efter erat behov. Priserna är beroende på storleken av er bostad och bestäms efter första mötet när vi besökt er och utvärderat städning. Vi hjälper även till med terrasser och trädgårdsarbeten.
Servicearbete
Vår "handy man" hjälper er med lättare servicearbeten så som byte av blandare, toalett, sätta upp hyllor med mera.

We are a Spanish registered company established on 1 July 2022 in Torrevieja, Alicante. Our goal is for our customers to feel safe in our hands and know that we are here when needed.

Nyckelpiga means "ladybug" in swedish and when you translate it word for word it means "key-maid" (nyckel-piga).
Our services
Keyholding
We take care of your keys for 60€/year.
We also help with housing supervision on a monthly basis or according to agreement from 180€/year.
Under the supervision we do ventilation, flushing of drains, check for any pests or other damage and check the yard and terrace.
We report to you at each visit.
When renting out
If you have your object for rent, we help with check-in and check-out as well as cleaning and laundry between customers.
Cleaning
We have three sizes of cleaning packages that we tailor to your needs. The prices depend on the size of your home and are determined during the first meeting when we have visited you and evaluated the cleaning. We also help with terraces and gardening.
Service work
Our "handy man" will help you with lighter service work such as changing mixers, toilets, putting up shelves and more!
